Re: Age verification laws for sites

I live in NYS, but despite it being a supposed 'liberal' state, that just applies to high taxes. when i comes to interfering with personal freedom our slimy legislators are just as eager to crack down as any southern state. A bad law like that is just the sort of idiocy that they are likely to pass ...

Re: Who was more pivotal, DanO or The Rye?

I first heard abiut Ms. Magnificent in a glossy magazine format book devoted entirely to it with a lot of stills from the movie. I got that at a Times Square, dirty book shop around 1979. I finally got to see it in the mid eighties when it was available on VHS at video rental stores. Later in the 80...

Also, nobody has answered my question about the very first SHIP movie from the early 70s. I watched it once, but I can't remember what the name of it was. Skimpy orange or red costume, possibly called something close to "Magnificent Woman"? Somebody has to know about it here. There was one...

Re: Who was more pivotal, DanO or The Rye?

I would point out "SuperShelley" in the early 1990's, from Double Trouble Studios, commissioned by Joniar, as being the first video that fell squarely into the superheroine peril genre. The first non-video example of the genre that I know of would be the Stanton-Winter Blunder Broad series...

Back in the 1970's, my late wife was taking a female sexuality course, and the instructor suggested sharing their partner's sexual fantasies. There is a world of difference between a "strong female" and 'bitch', both in fiction and in real life. We find a good example in Spencer's "Faerie Queen' where Britomart is a strong female while Radigund is a bitch.

Somewhere on the site is a topic devoted to athletes as superheroines. I'm not crazy about them, but have learned to adjust to them in moderation. For tattooed actresses playing Supergirl though, I always wonder, how could SG get a tattoo, and if she could could you use a tatto tool as a weapon against her. Of course I always wondered how Clark Kent was clean shaven too.
