Making a cgi character that looks real is extremely time consuming and expensive, unless you have the artistic ability and computer Sauvé to do it all your self and already own the required software. What you're specifically looking for will have a big influence on who can do it best. Maybe you should start by stating what you're looking for.

I thought Dina Meyer's suit from birds of prey was awesome, second only to Yvonne. If only the cowl were smoother.

I like the purple and yellow like Yvonne Craig wore but I also think the Batwoman outfit that Kendra James has is very hot! But I must confess I do not know anything about Batwoman at all. At some point. For a while that was all I used so I've been enjoying the scarves to change things up. I did use a bandana to gag Star, Jordana, Nyxon, Dixie, Kitty and Kobe recently. Maybe I'll go with a knotted bandana next time.

No.Ithink it's because Shazam gave the power to Billy. Mary and Freddy got it from him so they share his power. Teth was a separate spell (or whatever ) from Shazam.

Yes, Americana Dream and Lady Starhawk will appear tied naked (Dream still has her mask on) and Barbara Jordan is left tied to her bed naked but that's before becoming Batlass.
