Recommendations for a Custom vid producer

Hello All, I am interested in ordering a custom vid. This would be my first time so I'm looking for suggestions/advice at to which producers that you've used or recommend. This vid would involve female/female fighting with some softcore action after. Thanks for any help!

I ordered a custom from Alex David back in November, and it was a pretty great experience working with her. She did an awesome job turning my loose ideas into what is easily my favorite heroine movie. I haven't ordered a custom from any other producers so my sample size is pretty small, but I highly recommend working with her. My video was a POV with Alex as the heroine, but she also has some other models that she works with that do female/female and soft core. There is a customs link over on shg-media.com that has some more details, and hopefully your experience is as good as mine was with whichever producer you end up choosing.

Alex David sounds like a good fit for what you describe. I haven't actually ordered a video from her, but I tried once and after a very long back-and-forth discussion via e-mail, we agreed that she wasn't the best producer to make my video - which is a good thing. She was really honest and straightforward about it.

If your video involves a lot of fighting, you might want to consider xtremeFemaleFighting.com. I've order two videos from them and they do excellent work at very good prices and fighting/wrestling is kinda their thing.

Another option is Cali Logan who is just awesome in every possibly way. I've got 2 videos from her, as well, and she is really great. Professional, courteous, decently priced, she delivers in a timely manner and I've never had any problems. She also has a wide selection of models to choose from.

Thanks TIEnTEEZ, I have ordered vids from xtremefemalefighting and I did like them a lot. They also use both of my first choice actresses for the custom. Cali Logan is phenomenal but not just right for this custom that I have in mind. I would love to see her as a sidekick in my vid but I can't afford 3 actresses. Thanks for the feedback.

Well, just to be clear, Cali produces lots of videos and has lots of models available. She doesn't always star in them. In fact, she's not actually IN either of the customs I ordered from her.

I strongly recommend Alex David.
No dis[prespt to othe rproducers I have used but Alex gave me the best customer service I could imagine.

I also have great experiences with Logan at Heroine Legends and Shakeshift but for a first time custom I would favour Alex but then again it depends on what you wnat I guess

Which producer you choose also depends a lot on what kind of content you want, too. Alex David does a lot of fighting videos, which is not really my thing, but other people seem to like them, so she's probably a good choice for what you described.

Just to clear the air, Christina Carter did reply and was very professional and responsive to my script. I had already gone with another producer so I didn't go with her. I only thought it fair to mention it here that she did in fact reply, she is the best thing to happen to our fetish period.

I've wondered the same thing but alas I suspect to find out you'd need to be able to read Japanese. The contact form on the English version site seems geared more to technical issues.

The things that could be done with their resources though, it boggles the mind.

Indeed. One thing I would add is to pin down all the specific details before you hand over money. If the agreed terms can't be met in a timely manner, make sure it's set out in advance that you'll receive a refund by a certain date.

Tyler is great, very helpful and realy into making things for her fans, a very good experience all round.

Feel free to give us a look. I would recommend you clarify with whatever producer you choose what you mean by soft core. When suggesting actors or actresses try to pick people that the producer has worked with before, the producer knows or are likely to be geographically available. Good luck with your project!

Ive gotten many videos from Athenaartemis/Ty, and I have to say his work and his models are great. He will work with you very attentively. The only real negative I can say is when he posts previews, they don't show a lot lol.

Money is always a tricky issue although as customs become a more reputable element of the industry I expect the process for paying for them and so on will become more reliable. One thing I think it's important to do is get a general idea of how much it all might cost early on. The difference in what movies can cost between different producers can be a shock.

I have used Alex David for customs and to say it was a positive experience would be a massive understatement. Generally what I suggest is ask producers whose work you already like, especially if you hear good things about them from people who have hired them for customs before.

I also sometimes go for more hardcore action and have had really good results from xxxtremecomixxx.
Also Kendra James, a little expensive perhaps but man you get what you pay for. Long clip, very high quality, awesome stuff.

First, their costumes SUCK! They are cheap, off-the-shelf Halloween costumes. If that doesn't bother you, great, but I can't stand their costumes.

Second, they do a lot of tickling, which is a huge turn-off for me. Again, if that's your thing, you might like them, and presumably you can tell them what to do (or not to do) in your custom.

Lastly, and most importantly, I e-mailed them a while back with a script and entered into a discussion about making a custom and I got some very snotty, rude, and sarcastic responses. So I will never do business with them. It was just unprofessional and that's a deal-breaker for me.

Yeah I know what you mean about costumes - and as we all know the costumes are very important to us all in this genre - so I only get customs using the cosplay type costumes. They won't make a costume but if you can find one they'll get it for your film - and then its always there for other films too...
As an aside are starting to be some good costumes out there now without having to go all the way to cosplay producing sites:

I'm not a fan of the tickling either so it has not been present in any of my customs, but if thats someones thing then great, go for it - thats the point of a custom, its not for other people its for you. Sorry you got bad communication issues with them. I sent in a fairly detailed description of the scene and they followed it pretty much exactly.


Another option for customs that I have pursued a few times with mixed results is to contact girls or even pornstars that do camshows and request a custom with a specific costume. I've tried this partly as a way to try and get them to produce more of the superheroine content on their own. I've had a couple that produced mediocre results, a couple that essentially took the money and ran, and a couple that have produced the goods beyond my wildest dreams.

I've done a few
Randy Moore - Was fantastic, but from what I hear, doesn't do customs any more.
Cory Chase - Did some simple customs with her, and took into account my rather picky demands with close cameras so I was very happy with it.
Primal - Similar to Cory, did some simpler customs and was happy with the product and price.
The last two do hardcore as well.

Less on specifically superhero stuff -
I did a few with Chris' Corner. Was a bit on the pricier side and some of them took a while to make, but he was very polite and it felt like there was a fair bit of passion behind his work.
PsychoThrillers - Had difficulties getting previous models I was after, but then stopped responding after taking my money.

Hi kwood138, Depending on your script you may want to contact Michael. I think we are pretty strong with doing high quality XXX content. I am sure some members here can tell you that he always responds quickly, but, he doesn't take that many custom orders.
