Another way may be to make your own video files from the streaming video. I've done it from YouTube and DVDs with a program called Snapz Pro X by Ambrosia. I have a Mac, but there's got to be similar program for PCs.
Sometimes the video and sound are just a little out of sync. Also, it takes a little while to get the screen boundaries just right. You also have to be careful about screen size: Too small means you're not picking up many pixels, too big means gigantic file sizes. But with a little practice, you're sure to find a sweet spot.
