Question are underage sexual stories allowed on this site? Can the site get in trouble? Personally I don't read or write underage stories but this isn't my site.

I don't think there's any *particular* rule against it, but in the interest of good taste and not catching the FBI's eye I'd urge no one here to write one.

Heck, Mr. X's site, which is generally a lot more hardcore than this, explicitly bans underage stories.

Absolutely NOT, see rule one of the Story Section rules:

1. NO UNDERAGE HEROINES/HEROES/ETC: Our stories range from PG to R here on the board which is fine. Just make sure all the main characters are 18 or over. Basically anyone involved in peril/sex/etc.

Uh, Rammbo has a story where Zatanna gets gonged by a 16-year old punk. Not sure if that one counts.

I'll PM Admin about it, I'm not a mod for the Dungeon Story Section so can't do anything about that immediately. Thanks for the information though Ezekiel, I'll pass that along.

To be honest, I'd be very suspicious of anyone who writes sexual stories involving children. It's one thing to imagine adults in perilous situations for the purposes of fantasy. But what sort of person has sexual fantasies about kids?

No one we'd want on the board that's for sure.

That story was certainly an... interesting read. The ironic title "Zatanna has a very magical night" suggested a level of sophistication which was totally absent from the text. The rest of it seemed to be written in the style of an angry adolescent with Tourette's Syndrome.

It was just disturbing.

If it is possible, maybe the "rules for the story section" topic should be visible from the dungeon stories board as well.

... really? I'm not usually one to nitpick (okay, I kinda am), but that title sounds exactly like a C-level porn movie's name. For starters, sophisticated titles are typically one word (Watchmen, Maus, Sandman), maybe two, rarely three.

He didn't say it was a very high level of sophistication, just a level above what was delivered! (which should tell you something!)
lol!
How strange are the ways of the gods ...........and how cruel.

By sophistication, I meant that the title was quite ironic and humorous while the story itself was just crude, angry and humorless.

Indeed. It was as if Rammbo was just beating his fists on the keyboard while screaming abuse.

Maybe he's been persecuted by another provincial Sheriff and they'll have to send in Colonel Trautman to calm him down?

Open message to the punks that think about preying on innocents. FUCK YOU!

The first rule anyone learns is the Golden Rule : Do unto other as they would do unto you! (or your children or family!)

If I have not yet made myself clear, if you are not an adult then you are not equipped to make decisions that can and will change your life. For the punks who look at others as toys... Go play with ISIL and die!

I have a question.

So it's against the rule to have 'under aged' stories of peril on the forum.

My question is,can we clarify what 'under aged' is?

In particular i'm wondering about the characters who change physical age in the story.

ie. What if they age 'up' physically? Say Mary Batson, who might be considered underage by some turns into Mary Marvel. If Mary suffers Peril before she turns into a Mary Marvel, maybe... but what if she doesn't suffer anything peril~ish till she's Mary Marvel?

Then... there is the other way around.

ie. What if Wonder Woman, an mature and adult superheroine, runs into Circe, who uses a spell to remove years off her, so that's she's physically less developed. Is this an under aged story since she's physically under aged, but mentally not? Is this an under aged story, if the spell reduced her mental capacity too, she did start off as a adult character?

Mind you, to me it's all fiction so I'm not for or against this stuff, I'm just trying to see where the line is when it blurs, if not for me, for other authors who might be wondering where the line is on this topic.

While both your concepts are intriguing, I would feel that the rule still remains, if there are sexually predatory actions against the characters while they are underage, it's still not "fair game." I'm not an administrator but that's how I'd rule it.

Bear in mind that a text story creates an image in the mind's eye. In the context of this particular forum, we're usually talking about an erotic image in the mind's eye. So placing Wonder Woman in a much younger body and inflicting perils upon her in that body fetishizes that particular physical form.

It's much safer to have a Zero Tolerance policy on under-18s being depicted in an erotic way.

It's stated pretty clearly in the rules:
1. NO UNDERAGE HEROINES/HEROES/ETC: Our stories range from PG to R here on the board which is fine. Just make sure all the main characters are 18 or over. Basically anyone involved in peril/sex/etc.
So, they never get to be under 18, neither through natural nor anomalous means.

Character must be at least 18 yrs of age.

The one time I wrote Mary for a story I placed her college as it involved her being hypno'd and such. My story didn't contain any sexual elements but even still I wanted her to be in college. So my suggestion would be to just use that standard or say she's 18.
Then... there is the other way around.

No, sorry but changing WW or any heroine into a younger form is just asking for trouble. I don't care what their mental age is their physical age as represented is what matters here. And to be frank, its all that would matter to the FBI or whoever investigates the site for now having under-age content.

Please EVERYONE just keep characters engaged in the peril or whatever and such above 18.
