The silence is deafening....feels more and more like some hard feelings and bad blood among competitors. If this was a DC crackdown I imagine it would be easy to say"DC just contacted me and I have to take my stuff down" I imagine one producer would sound the alarm for other producers, unless of course, it was one producer falling out with another and merely threatening to contact DC.....

Some news....Most of the videos that were removed from SHG-Media site appear to be on clips4sale...some of rye's films are there..So check them out. The site is called "Superheroine Fights"

I wouldn't be surprised. I had a falling out with a female wrestling guy who was also an artist and the first thing he told me was that he was going to tell his friends at DC about our site so prepare to get slapped with a lawsuit.

I kinda laughed because obviously he thought he was going to scare me.
Actually knowing how these things work however gave me a sense of security knowing that it wouldn't happen.

the sad truth is that there are producers who are so shallow that they can't concentrate on making their movies better and instead prefer to take down anyone they don't like.

I agree with galla. While there's a long history of parodies which change key elements (such as Flesh Gordon), this modern trend for using actual character names and meticulously recreating costumes and sets goes too far. When I see something like Batman XXX: A Porn Parody, it seems to me like Axel Braun is stood there with his cock out, taking a piss on DC's doorstep while shouting "I'm using your characters, you bunch of twats! Whaddya gonna do about it?"

just to clear up some of what was just brought to my attention by a fan of super hero fetish videos; I never contacted Wilfredo Melendez of Gothamknights to scare him. At some point while defending his "friend" Keri Spectrum in an issue that had nothing to do with him, he (pretending to be his wife on social media) indicated that they would be posting a grave stone on their site with my company's name on it since they were going to run me out of business or some other silly scenario. For me that is a clear "game on" invite to mess with his head (not a difficult task as many of you are already aware). I am not only a full-time producer of female wrestling but also a comic book creator mostly known for my illustration work in the biz. I do in fact have friends over at Warner Bros since I have done work with them in the past. This conversation has been brought up a few times in regards to what constitutes parody and what is deemed an infringement of copyright or trademark. I think it's safe to bet that if you are using the likeness and names of licensed characters and your definition of "parody" is to toss in some vibe or masturbation scenes, you best get ready for what comes next once Warner Bros & Disney sniff out your content. -Brian

The moderator on here should look into the identity of jimbobklyn5. I am new here and can already tell it's Wilfred pretending to be someone else. You were suspended for that in the past from what I was told.

Does anybody know who this guy name Safprod is and where he comes up with this stuff? i know he has started problems with knightsofgotham. Now, he starting problems with me. I don't know who you are at all, Safprod...and I have no idea where you are coming up with this stuff... but i have never had multiple accounts on this forum and have had this account since 2012 and I have no idea who this Wilfred is. So, Why don't you find some other forum to disrupt and stop causing problems with people for absoutely no reason at all.

Wilfredo, the person you are pretending to have a conversation with on this thread. Wilfredo posts as knightsofgotham on here, Eve Von Winters on twitter & facebook, and I am guessing the person I cited earlier pretending not to know who he is. I was told Willie got banned for multiple accounts on this forum in the past. He was let back on after apologizing but anyone that believes he doesn't repeat his behaviors should hit me up for a chat some time.

A non-story is really an excellent way of putting it.
sup[porters of both sides will use half-truths and rumors to prop up their opinion.

Personally for myself its not a big deal.
If it ever gets to the point where I have to put the Batgirl costume away it won't be a terrible loss because we will just remove those movies and start with similar but different characters. the fans will understand.
There are those who don't want to see generic heroes do their thing. they want to see their childhood favorites get in trouble, escape/succumb.
they don't buy the movies with generic characters and only support listened characters.
but if/when the hammer falls and we are forced to shoot original characters the fans will understand because at that point the choice has been taken from us.

if/when this happens it won't be the end of the world. we will just adapt, change, and evolve. its not really an issue.

Besides, whatever happened to Visa-geddon? Weren't we all supposed to be paying for our SH Peril videos by sending loads of books of stamps on carrier pigeons?

Visa did back in 2007. That's why you can't use a regular merchant account with plug-n-pay to run subscription sites or stores any longer.
