‘Whatever you do…don’t…fall…asleep.’ Anyone who likes horror films will know that quote by heart and that’s good sound advice that someone should’ve given to poor Diana Prince, folks. Cause in this vid, she comes face to face with an adversary that she thought she had banished and vanquished a long time ago. But when said adversary traps her in the ‘Dreamscape’, the game takes on a much more terrifying reality.

Plot: After a long day of fighting crime, Diana Prince decides to settle into bed for the night. However, her arch-nemesis Dark Wonder Woman appears in her dreams and informs her that her subconscious is now in the ‘Dark Dimension’ along with her. Diana attempts to transform into Wonder Woman, but unfortunately for her, this is one realm where her Amazonian powers won’t do her much good. Wonder Woman soon finds herself in the abyss of torment and totally at Dark Wonder Woman’s mercy! In a realm where sleep makes you a prisoner to the whims of eternal darkness, how will Wonder Woman escape? And worst of all, who will be there to save her when Dark Wonder Woman has her in her clutches? *shudders*

Pros
-Well, let me just say first that I was impressed with this story idea. I take it the producer who created this must’ve been watching the ‘Elm Street’ saga when they created this one, only no Springwood Slasher present. But seriously, this was an interesting story and it really caught my attention as it gives us a look into the psyche of a superheroine. Often times one has to wonder what goes on in the mind of a crusader at rest and from the looks of things, there’s some darkness in Diana Prince’s soul that has allowed a past foe access into her mind. And when the darkness begins to rise, the fear will rise to heart-pounding levels.
-Enjoyed Miss Carter’s tossing, turning and moaning during the confrontation with Lady Diana in the Dreamscape. And uh…from the looks of things ‘she’s going commando’ cause when the covers come off…well, I’ll let your imagination wander. :shifty:
-It looks like Lady Diana gets to be the superstar here, playing Dark Wonder Woman and now she has the power to play with the inner-reality of Wonder Woman’s mind. And just like her previous encounters with Miss Carter, she shows that she’s in no mood to play nice…or fair for that matter…
-Bondage scene in this one wasn’t too uncomfortable looking and Miss Carter gets to show some skin in this one. She’s debooted, debelted and stripped by Lady Diana. The feeling of helplessness that shows on her face during the ordeal looks real and genuine. Throughout the entire scenario she is totally pacified at Lady Diana's hands.
-Good use of special effects when Lady Diana unleashes her ‘dark karma’ energy on Miss Carter.
-Music was a nice effect…really added to the atmosphere of doom and gloom for the story.

Cons
-Oh man…another vid where Wonder Woman is easy prey for her adversary? I mean, I know it’s a ‘heroine in distress’ feel that they’re going for but they could’ve at least given her a fighting chance in the story. If Wonder Woman can be taken down that easily, then what in the world is she even trying to fight crime for? Half the time her adversaries (Nylonyx from a previous episode) are not even people who pose a viable threat to her and she should be able to crush them like an ant or make them submit without breaking a sweat.
And yet once again, she gets taken down but this time at the hands of a supernatural foe. Aye…where is the justice?
-The flogging? Not a good idea…didn’t really see how it served a purpose for this story. But if the point was to add pain to the heroine during her ordeal, there were better ways of torment than that.
-The nipple weights…hmm, not a fan of that particular device. I don’t know what it is, but just seeing that particular object on a woman’s cleavage…sorry, but I don’t see the eroticism in that. The breast rubbing on Lady Diana’s part was more than enough for that particular scene.
-Wonder Woman being strangled…with a ball gag in her mouth? That’s kinda pushing into necrophilia territory, party people. Or at least it looks like they were going to attempt to go into that direction but if they did…
-Whose idea was it to slow up the action during the torture scenes? I mean, it served a good purpose for shock and awe value and so you’ll feel for Wonder Woman more but somebody was roaming into ‘Twilight Zone’ territory with that idea. Plus, Miss Carter’s moans during the slow-mo scenes sounded distorted and it made the scenes lose their eroticism.
-A downer ending? Oy vey, that is not how you end a Wonder Woman storyline folks…not at all. Won’t say how it ends, but…it kinda will make you say, ‘Aw come on! What is that?!’

Diagnosis (What could’ve been done better)

-Don’t know what the likelihood is that they’ll continue the story, but if they do, they better find a way for Wonder Woman to get out of the predicament that she’s in. I just can’t stand to see a superheroine lose and not bounce back.
-Since this story ventures into supernatural territory, they need to find a way for Wonder Woman to use that to her advantage and maybe turn things around. I mean, she’s supposed to be a master strategist, so surely she can outwit or outsmart Dark Wonder Woman somehow, some way.
-If the story does continue and they still want Wonder Woman to be a prisoner, then I’m gonna have to strongly suggest that a rescue attempt by another superheroine is in order. But it can’t be a standard person like ‘Batwoman’ or anyone else. If anything, it should be a superheroine with no affiliation to her or the League that Wonder Woman belongs to. Maybe a dream entity who has a history with Dark Wonder Woman who comes back to settle the score, but must help Wonder Woman escape first. If they go for a good ending to the story, the possibilities for another story like ‘Dreamscape’ would be endless.
-No flogging, next time please. I don’t mind if things get physical, but that’s one of many limitations that I have when it comes to a porn parody.
-Slow motion thing? Eh, it was a good visual effect for the story, but used too much it makes things drag along. Use it a little or don’t use it at all, but don’t use it too much and don’t keep it running too long through particular scenes.

Final Outcome
Well folks, this story had a lot going for it and despite a few flaws and a downer ending, I’ve got to give the producer their credit where credit is due. Excellent story idea, good use of special effects and plenty of sexual tension to keep you on the edge of your seat. However, even with these elements in play, a few questions remain unanswered: will the nightmare continue? Will Wonder Woman escape captivity? And if not, will someone else come to her aid to vanquish Dark Wonder Woman?
Only way these questions will get answered is if the producers continue the story. But if they do, my fingers are crossed they give it a proper ending and not one where the bad guys win.

Final Score for this masterpiece: 8 ½ out of 10.
