I get the impression it's for personal reasons. It's not unreasonable to say that Reya's desire for a quiet life outweighs our desire for some vintage porn.

I guess it's a little different for producers, as name recognition may well have been a consideration when hiring a model. Although I don't know how much unreleased old stuff is out there which will be put out under Reya's previous name?

Reya has asked at least one forum member to stop using her previous name in relation to her Reya Fet work on here. She just doesn't want Reya Fet linked to "A.J." when Google searches spit out results from this massively-crawled forum. That is all.

Nobody is being asked to remove her old name from the archive stuff she did with other producers. (Of which there's a load on clips4sale.) Nobody is erasing her old name from this forum. (165 results on the forum search.) Nobody is trying to rewrite the history of SHiP. Reya just wants a clean break with a new name for her work going forward and for the repackaging of the archive stuff she owns outright.

Those of us who remember Metro City Heroines and many other sites will know she's the same model anyway. She just doesn't want Johnny Come Latelys associating her with her old name. If producers don't like losing the name recognition, then they can just haggle over her fee. (Sorry, Reya.)

Reya is a member of the forum who has made a polite request. At this point, refusing to honor that seems like doxxing.

That's fair enough. Just to clarify, the part I felt was like doxxing was that Reya has asked that her old name shouldn't be used in relation to her new name. So when you and LordSnot used her old name in a thread about Reya Fet, those uncensored references will link the two names in Google searches.

Which is why Reya contacted Shevek and asked him to edit his OP.

Sure, there will be people in various corners of the Internet observing the name-change. However, this forum is massively crawled by bots. So somebody saying Reya Fet is "A.J." will make the two names appear prominently together in searches for Reya Fet.

Apologies, I chose my words poorly. I am not accusing you of maliciously doxxing anyone, but maybe inadvertently exposing Reya by using her old name in uncensored form.

^^^Ah, KoG - right it did read to me originally as if you were gonna still call her by her old name out of sheer bloody mindedness lol, rather than at a personal relationship level.

Now that that is cleared up I would urge all forum members to respect those wishes as conveyed to Shevek, as if you were in this position and had done this for whatever reason you too would hope your request would be adhered to by all us friendly chaps and chapesses here. It won't erase things completely but it will minimise the association between old and new work as much as possible, and if that's what Reya wishes then its no business of mine to argue.

So I appeal to all to respect her wishes and not reference her old work to her new name and vice versa.

And if Reya ever reads this welcome to the forum I hope you join in and comment on the forum in general as well as posting about your new body of work where appropriate. If it is Star Wars themed, whilst that isn't technically superhero, other producers have promoted similar releases here

As far as Reya being a member of this forum, I really think she isn't at this point. She was a member 6-8 years ago, and made only a handful of posts. The production company she used to have (Brainwash...possibly with her former boyfriend in Atlanta?) has never been a member of the forum.
Of course her name as "4dd13" has been mentioned many times, both in C4s threads and by producers who have cast her in their videos, but she hasn't made any posts here for 6 years and is not an active forum member in the sense that the likes of Cali, Anastasia and Christina are.

Nonetheless, Reya (4dd13) is one of the most legendary SHIP actresses - she has been at it a long time and has been featured in countless classics.
I'm sure that Reya will participate in plenty more superheroine videos in the near future, not just Star Wars ones.

I had posted that information on one other site back in June because I thought the site had made a mistake in marking her "retired" (when in actuality it's just her name that was retired) and I was offering a correction.
