I have done one custom. It's something I always wanted to do and I'm happy with it. I would not do another.

I have been in talks with the producer about doing another custom a year later. But, after numerous rewrites I finally found out the real reason why I was trying to appease the model/producer so much is that she has a boyfriend/cameraman/business partner that now tells her what she will do and not do in front of the camera. This actually distorts the customers custom request when a 'producing couple' try to twist it to their own tastes. Once I heard of the 'boyfriends' involvement in the business, I dropped the project (And I would be PISSED if they took my work and went ahead with it. I believe that to be theft).

That's a part of the article I would have like to have seen written in. How some producers try to twists customs to their own versions.

I've had a few customs made over the years and it's been a positive experience for me. The producers and actors have always followed my scripts as closely as possible. I have pretty niche interests so it's hard for me to find the exact content I enjoy. Customs are a way of getting that content on video.

Mind to share your niche interest and favorite producer? I am pretty much share the same interest (peril and struggle) with most members here, but more interested in "foreplay" instead of the sex scenes nowadays.

I guess I mean to say producers should ask Casey more often.

And I think it's cool, actually, if the average person realizes they can get their own custom fetish/porn video made.
It's very "DIY" and goes along with the whole millennial aesthetic of paying $18 for an omelette at some artisanal gastropub.
Except it's an omelette that you get to eat again and again, whenever you want.

Thank you for sharing this article as I hadn't seen it before. I found it both informative and, as others have said, moving. Our fetishes are hard to pin down. Mine do not match my reality at all. With my partner I am gentle, caring and attentive to their needs, and yet my fetish switches revolve around heroine and super heroine violence, peril and bondage. My own experience of the latter has been thrilling and even emotional, but I have no desire to get involved in fighting or the torture that I will watch so avidly in these movies. If I could afford to pay for custom movies I would do so, I would even be able to write a decent script, I think. But for now, I have to be content with buying and viewing the content which is available. It is regrettable that the internet which has made the dissemination of these product so easy, has also been responsible for its ruin. Today there are so many pirated versions of these works, that more people view them than the originals. The market is still out there and has found a way to sate its desires, but at what cost to the crews, casts and producers, or ultimately the fetish fans who in years to come will be watching the same decades-old "classics" that today jam up the files of PornHub, Spankbang, Motherless etc.?

My primary fetish is hypnosis/mind control, so I'm actually not too interested in superheroine violence/bondage etc. I did my first custom videos with Anton Video around 2005-06. They were pricey but did a good job with some pretty particular scripts. I've also done customs with NRG Women and, most recently, Hannah Perez.

As I said before, I had a good experience with all of them. I'm pretty sure Hannah could provide you a SHiP video with plenty of foreplay at a reasonable price.
