Video game characters.

Anime characters.

Historical characters.

Mythological characters.

Food-related characters.

Religious characters (to minimize blasphemy, let's just go with 'angels vs devils').

Corporate mascots.

Really, it all boils down to wanting to see this happen in live action:

I would also settle for a four-way battle amongst the current spokeswomen champs.

I like the cowgirl theme and was actually considering it for a time. There is a Sci-fi show "Space Sheriff Shaider" that had that theme. That I could do be a mashup between a western/SCi-FI theme. I might give that one a try.

Fighting house wives. Like revenge scenarios or stuff you see on Lifetime.

Also activist. Like the reporter or activist girl exposing a company. The girl in teenage mutant ninja turtles is that.

I actually like the activist superheroine. Exposing the evil corporations/politicians and giving a preachy speech while doing it. It makes the heroine peril and defeat more dramatic and satisfying.

Like the story of Cher in Silkwood but a superhero saga.
She wants to expose corruption and shoddy safety standards at the plant - someone's on the take, pocketing the proceeds.
A nuclear accident creates both a preachy activist superheroine with super-strength and energy-blast powers
and a green-glowing nuclear-powered madman who is the owner of the plant and in on the graft.
She tries to take him down; he is bent on her destruction and does... things....to her with fuel rods.

I think Valerie Perez did her Paula Peril series based on the activist reporter.
