Modesty Blaise created in 1963 was first introduced in a 1963 comic strip by Peter O'Donnell and it was adapted into films in 1966, 1982, and 2003, and from 1965 onwards, 11 novels and two short-story collections were written. Modesty was a woman who would endure anything and do anything to win! Just last year somebody has been writing fanfiction in that universe. She was Kick-ass.

I am surprised especially during the Zena/Buffy wave no one tried to make a tv series with this character
