That was part of a collaboration between Steve Noir and the original owner of the Heroine Movies website, who was a producer themselves.
When HM sold the site, those movies went with him.
I've heard that some of them ended up on a gumroad page, but there's some issue with their payment services and some of those pages have since dissappeared (there's a dedicated thread on this subject around here someplace).
At this point, I would suggest you try contacting either Steve - https://stevenoir.com/
