I recently revisited the classic 1970s Wonder Woman TV show, an old question occurred to me: What material was Wonder Woman's costume made of? It appears metallic yet lacks the stiffness. Additionally, it doesn't resemble the standard fabric used in many cosplay costumes. I remember seeing a stage photo where crew members helped Lynda Carter in fastening her costume at the back, with internal wooden supports visible. So is the costume made of normal fabric with supports or some hard materials like leather or something else?

That photo is from 1st movie/Pilot Episode. It's from a stunt where Wonder Woman was supposed to vault over a car while stopping bank robbers. There are other photos showing her hooked up to a wire and dangling in air. They probably filmed the stunt but it doesn't appear in the episode. There's a quick cut and then she grabs the bad guys.

Her costume is by Donfeld. Both season 1 and seasons 2&3. The outside is red and blue satin. The bustier is decorated with gold leather that has clear beads sewn around the edges for accent. The whole thing is a custom made corset with supports in the blue portion as well as the Red. You can see the eye and hook fasteners going down her back like bra clasps.

I'll try and find some photos and see if I can find some stuff about the restoration.

All I know is the blue faded to purple over time. I know someone who supposedly has one of the 5 show costumes.

Is the gold cylindrical object in the last picture the switch that Lynda Carter would use to set off the sparks on her bracelets?

Looks like a spool of gold thread to me. 🤔
