I think her and Angelique got banned. I'm not sure. If Im not allowed to say that please tell me so I can delte
There's always two sides to a story. Lets just let it go and get back to the purpose of the forum
I'm sure there is - but there have been certain accusations made, which, unless they can be proved - give legal grounds for a lawsuit IMO.
I suggest a certain producer on the forum reconsider his post in a certain thread - since we seem to be refusing to specify details.
I honestly don't understand why the admins haven't jumped on it already.
This is a public space - there's no room for such wild accusations, said producer should know better. Slander is a dangerous - and costly thing.

Lawsuit? Really over a superheroine fetish forum?
Sure, it's an unconventional location - but slandering the name of a fellow producer, giving you a potential competition advantage?
Textbook libel case.
Also there's plenty of lawyers exclusive to the porn industry who I'm sure would have no qualms in representing for the case.
I'm not saying there will be, just that the admins need to get of their ass and stop such inappropriate behaviour.
@enigma - Yes, a libel case because of slander. You idiot, go read a dictionary - I wasn't referring to it in the legal terminology.

Must have missed something, what exactly is this even about?
Didn't really wanna name names, check out Shakeshift's post over on the Porn vs Peril thread:
Particularly when you're in competition with that person.
Accusing another producer of solicitation, without (as far as I can tell) any proof whatsoever is quite serious is it not?Also, it was TWO people who had their accounts deleted by the administration in the last day or so. It's wasn't just Evangeline. People have to stop trying to use the forum for solicitation purposes. It's against the rules of the forum to use it in such a manner. If you get caught, you get banned.
Particularly when you're in competition with that person.
UGH. I am just curious WHAT HAPPENED. Simple question. I didn't make this damn thread so you people could start debating again.
Can somebody give me a BOTTOM LINE here? They got banned for stuff they said on Twitter. Were they trash-talking people on this forum on Twitter?
BTW:
slander = verbal
libel = written
Bringing this up is pretty much a moot point. Proving libel on the internet is extremely difficult. Even if one of them HIRES AN ATTORNEY (thereby compromising their real life names as filings before any court are public records), you still have to show that the statements are FALSE, that the statements were in fact made by specific people (hard enough to show, how are you going to track a pseudonym from a computer to a specific person posting at that time? How do you know it wasn't the gardener breaking in the house and using the computer?), AND that the individual isn't exempt because they are in the public eye (which porn actresses arguably ARE) - so then you have to show MALICE.

I doubt admin will divulge the reason for both bannings. But I can't say I'm surprised at EvW's. Everywhere she goes there's trouble. She's her own worst enemy.
"There's no feeling quite as exciting as that of having a helpless superheroine in your arms"
MH knows I can be critical at times and he hasn't taped me yet. I don't think it has anything to do with censoring opposing viewpoints.
At first I had some theories about all this that might be partly influenced by gender stuff but when I realized EvW is really her husband posting half the time...
I just started rolling on the floor. Laughing.
To see a girl being that whiney and dramatic is bad, but a guy, wow...
