Powergirl costume
Well you can probably buy a full white leotard then have a seam stress put a chest hole in it. Plenty of people on craigs list looking to do alterations and such.

In a pinch I used to just put the leotard on the girl then draw and oval about a 1/4 inch smaller than I wanted on the chest and cut it out right on the model. Then just fold in 1/4 inch and use a mini sewing machine to stitch a seam.

I highly recommend a seamstress who specializes in cosplay by the name of Jessica Nova. I believe she is a model too but I have ordered from her in the past and she is very very sweet and accomodating. She kept constant communication with me every step of the way and I was very satisfied with the work she did for me. Just be sure to be very specific on what you want and explain everything to death.
Here is her myspace page.

and I also have her email address. PM me if you would like it.
Here is a picture of what she created for us. It is a direct replica of the Miss Power costume from supersexyheroines.com
It was made entirely from scratch and turned out just the way I wanted it. My ex-wife looked ravishing in it HA HA HA!!!
"A brass unicorn has been catapulted across a London street and impaled an eminent surgeon. Words fail me, gentlemen."
If not I had one made from Spandexwear.com . It cost me around $125 for the white body suit with chest hole, blue gloves and a red belt. I already had boots and a cape.
As knotty as I wanna be! http://www.clips4sale.com/store/10033
I did get in contact with Ms Jessica Nova but she isnt taking on any new projects, she told me she would help me out by giving me another contact but havent heard anything back yet, ill try spandex wear thank you guys for the help....im needing the costume by march.
I have gotten my recent costumes from a costume maker in KY, You can find her on Ebay under Alais_costumes (I think that's the name) she advertizes Wonder Woman costumes, but she'll make anything you design and her quality is top shelf She made my Star Sapphire costume and I LOVE it!
Sorry, I wrote her id down wrong. I checked, it's alisas_custom_costumes She doesn't have anything listed on ebay at the moment. I will go through my address book and try and find her email. You might be able to look up her ID on ebay though, I'm not sure.
