Which Movie should we release next?

In the next few days we will be releasing our next super heroine movie.
We are going to let you guys decide which one is released.

The options are:
SUPERGIRL DEFEATED/VICTORIOUS.
This release will have a movie with two versions. a death version, and a version where she manages to escape.

DARK LORD RISES #2
The second installment of the series has Supergirl converting into Evil Supergirl, her confrontation with Wonder Woman, and her defeat and capture at the hands of the dark lord and Evil Supergirl. It also has the dark lord sexually molesting batfgirl

The owner of the building is actually a fan. When he found out what we did for a living he approached me while doing laundry and told me he had no problem with us filming anything in the complex as long as the police were never called and as long as any of the old people didn't complain.
He's very cool about letting us shoot out in the courtyard and opening up sections of the basement that have no tenant traffic so we can shoot ....more explicit stuff.

We have been very fortunate that the owner approves.
