Help finding a mask

Anyone know where i get get hold of a mask like this?
Its from a heroine TV show from many years ago entitled Miss America, even though it was a Japanese character played by a Japanese actress (???).
Or even something fairly similar would be great.

Ah the old pink white and blue. You might try some craft stores for the basic mask but you'll have to add the eye covers etc.
