Since it's "Batman" like "Lizardman" or "Walrusman" and not "Jones" or "Smith", I'd say it's "I'm the Batman".

Batman speaks concisely. An extra 'the' is just downright chatty.

I tend to sit on the grim 'n' gritty side with Batman about 70% of the time, so I don't like him identifying himself at all (aside from things like "your worst nightmare"). I prefer to leave "Batman" or "the Batman" as things other people call him, which he neither confirms nor denies.
