I have been spending some time on Reddit and I've noticed they have a strict policy regarding personal attacks which I am going to implement here. From this point forward, there are to be no more personal attacks, period. If there are, it will result in a ban. Small at first but it will get larger until eventually, banned forever.

There hasn't been anything recently that has made me consider this, but we know we've been through some wars here and I would like that to stop.

Think about what you're saying and I'm not saying you can't disagree or have an opinion or a dissenting view, you're just going to have to get creative about how you do it. Name calling and personal attacks will not be permitted at all.

Please use the report function if you see this happening or if it's happening to you.

While I am here some people in recent months have declared that the forum isn't like it used to be to the extent that they have closed their accounts.

Well, all I can say is NOTHING is like it used to be including you the members- things change over time - its how life works, and this forum AND THE GENRE have changed too. Look at the sort of discussions that used to happen 5-6 years ago. We moaned about not having decent costumes, about having poor fight choreography, about not having proper sets and the villains lair looking suspiciously like a hotel room at the Holiday Inn, about no special effects, about poor acting, bad story , no SH on mainstream TV, no heroines portrayed in films etc WELL WAKE UP! WE HAVE ALL THOSE THINGS NOW (mostly) so yes, there aren't the same sort of discussions asking for them and debates around those subjects. We are in a golden age of heroine media - in film, in tv, in amateur stories, in photomanips, in online comics . We also have unparalleled access to the actresses and producers who make those things - not just here but through Twitter Facebook etc. We can legitimately express our views directly to those responsible but as most of what we were asking for is being done now , YES those conversations are going to be different than they were 6 years ago. You can stay and join in or kick your toys out of the pram and sulk. Its up to you. Be part of things changing for the better or dwell on how things used to be.

MH is implementing this step to minimize antagonism and aggression which is a step in the right direction, but I would say to those who have left or maybe are thinking about it to look around you and BE THE CHANGE YOU WISH TO SEE IN THE WORLD (or on this forum)
Express your opinions, not your ability to insult.
We all have issues and problems (mine is what to do with my stunning good looks and enormous willy) but just don't take it out on each other

My two cents to this topic : if they are stubborn like me, and for those who know there is no reason to hide the facts, they will come back with a new login account and if you are lucky they might eventually grown up and do their best trying to focus in stay on topic and adding something into conversation despite be ignored most of the time or only receive some name calling in response for whatever they have to say.

That said, and I'm putting my self in the line on this but the truth must be said, ban people no matter for how long (temporarily or forever) is an useless gesture, a waste of time, very hard to be enforced and even if they learn their lesson or not and come back and place safe for a while going low profile pretending or not to be civil and not falling for the obvious baits in the end you get one of three results : they get tired of all moderation police and leave your forum forever so you lost part of your audience, they come back play nice and only say good things acting like a drone in order to never be seen as "a negative person" that might be purge no matter how reasonable they try to be or they grown up, stay focus and give their honest opinions about this matters despite what other persons might think about them and said comments.

I like this show, I am not leaving and I am doing my best to be an adult despite so many stupid things been done with the stuff I love on television, movies and the internet. We need to find a way to express our minds in a way that is better for all of us and banning people might be a tool of learning but in the end is just a temporary solution for problem that come from the pains of growing up.

Censor and delete posts will only give for the true trolls a blank canvas for a fresh new start without concern or evidence left behind of their past behavior and no matter how bad they were they can always evolve worst if they didn't learn anything from previous experience except whatever they need to deceive better.

As the great Louis C.K. once said : "Spanking your children don't teach them to keep their best behavior, respect and love you, it teaches them to fear and hate you and became a better liar so you will never have a reason to spank them again so they might be free to do their worst no matter if you consent or not behind your back."

That's kind of an awkward one. The bottom line is that people buy or don't buy these videos primarily on the perceived suitability of the performers. Although most adults should be able to convey preferences without resorting to personal comments.

It seems particularly pointless to criticize the physical appearance of producers who star in their own videos. The people who own the studio obviously won't be going anywhere.

One producer who springs to mind really goes the extra mile in terms of the look of her videos. Even going as far as to hire props (or very good replicas) from the '66 Batman. I'm in total agreement that ad hominim attacks are bad and I'm fine with the ban (not that I have any say in the matter or that anyone asked my opinion). And I would never say anything remotely like these examples. But it would be nice to have clarification on what constitutes a "personal attack."

Do my posts about Ashley Graham ripping me off qualify as personal attacks, even though they are factually accurate?

What about the recent threads about Donald Trump? I'm sure there are plenty of examples of real personal attacks in there that apply to all Trump supporters (or all liberals, etc.)
