Thought I would bring this back. I will keep it simple this time.

Best Superheroine video of 2023 and we will have 2 runners up.

Best Superheroine Actress 2023 - Must have appeared in a 2023 Superheroine video.


Producers feel free to promote yourselves, models state your cases as well! 2 runners up as well.

It is 1978 in Burbank California and the age of cinema is at its peak. Unfortunately, famed actress Melissa Westaway (Mckenzie) has become a jaded terror that few can contend with. On the set of the hot new Wonderous Woman show, her antics finally break the patience of the cast and crew and they concoct a way to get back at the tyrant while keeping themselves out of hot water at the same time.

I’m nominating “Power” by Action Cosplay for best superheroine film. Here’s the synopsis:

The Federation are reeling from recent losses of mighty heroines to an evermore dangerous villain community. With calls growing for them to admit men into their heroes program, Power-Woman is sent in to show-off her strength to a global audience, and prove why men aren't needed. The last thing the Fed need is for this broadcast to be hijacked by a disgruntled super-powered man... but that is exactly what happens!

The superheroine is based off on Power Girl (but called Power Woman here). There’s an interesting backstory about disgruntled superpowered men trying to embarrass a brand new superheroine during a live TV interview. The superheroine looks amazing, the fight scenes are well choreographed and the peril is well done if you like cocky but inexperienced superheroine betting humbled. It doesn’t have the hardcore elements that you’d expect from Lucia, SHL or similar producers but if you’re more interested in peril and fight scenes it nails that sweet spot.

For best superheroine actress, I’m nominating the actress who plays Power Woman in that very same Action Cosplay film. She’s a newcomer to Action Cosplay/Next Global Crisis and I don’t think they’ve shared a name for her. But I have to consider her the best of the year because she’s so amazing in this one film. She really captures the girl next door look of a new superheroine, she has the physical attributes to fill out the leotard and look fantastic, she has the acting chops to sell the peril well, she has the attitude to play a cocky heroine and she can handle the physical toll of a long fight scene.

I reached out to the producer to ask if he has anything else lined up with her in the future. He only said “I hope so,” so not sure what to expect. If anyone knows who this woman is please let me know, she could really be a star and I hope to see much more of her in the genre.
