Great villains are mouthy. Their last words to a superheroine before she's captured turn out prophetic. Their first words to an unconscious, immobilized, captured, bound, etc. superheroine carry great snark.

I'd love to hear your favorites, from any genre, even to superheroes. Here's mine:

Batman 66 -- Unkindest Tut of All
King Tut: Goodbye, Batgirl.
Batgirl: You're not going anywhere!
King Tut: No, but you are.
Tut's queen crept up behind Batgirl and clobbered her with a vase, knocking her out.
King Tut: To dreamland! Defeated by a mere whisp of a girl!

Batman 66 -- Joker's Flying Saucer
Joker to Batgirl bound to a rocket: This is a unique experience, Batgirl. I've thrilled many a woman, but I've never put one in orbit before!

ElectraWoman & DynaGirl -- The Pharaoh
Dynagirl: What's that?
Pharaoh: Inquisitive little pest, aren't you? Well permit me to show you.
ElectraWoman: Uh, save the demonstration Pharaoh. Give up for face the consequences.
Pharaoh: It is not I but you who shall face the consequences! Solaris, annihilate them!
Solaris, an energy being, shocks, EW & DG into unconsciousness.

Sexy Superheroines 4 (Anton)

Sorceress (Stacy Burke), who had just KO'd Superdame (Eve Ellis): Superdame? <taps her head thrice> Nobody's home.

Louie (to Lotus): Regardless of what happens, Batgirl dies.
Lotus: I was hoping you’d say that…
