To me it's all about humiliating the heroine and having her beg. Tickling does the same thing...it's such a turn on to watch them beg you to stop (like THAT'S gonna work!)

Whatever works for the costume/heroine. I'm a huge fan of hose (particularly thigh-highs with a garter belt) but I wouldn't particularly want to see, say, Supergirl in them. However, the White Queen? I didn't vote, because I don't hate OR love it. To me, Supergirl was at her best in the hotpants and loose fitting blue blouse. I think that's what's great about the character, though...with so many costume changes over the years there's really something for everyone out there...so why not this full...
