I just saw Bad Medicine. Has Xyohos put on a few pounds? Absolutely. Is she "plump" or heavy? Absolutely not. She still looks great, she still does a nice acting job and she still has a "really rockin bod".

I would say that all four of those mentioned are heroines, but that only Xena and maybe Sheena would qualify as superheroines. I really enjoyed what I believe were her first two films from Lucia, The Job and Dishonored. Just the opposite. I want my heroines to be smart and clever and I want their defeats to result from overconfidence or just plain being outnumbered or overpowered.
