Stumbled on this, looks fairly practical for an Amazonian warrior princess.
Not sure if I like it or not but it is a harder, different look.

I think you've nailed it Knotty - I couldn't put my finger on it but its the greaves on the sandal-boots.
I like it conceptually as a fore-runner of what we see as the classic WW costume, and I love the skirt and the idea that the stars were originally studs, it all kinda makes historical sense, but the greaves don't quite look right, but a nice idea though.
Anyone else with a yea or nay opinion?

The costume is great...but like others, the boots (or lack thereof) SUCK!!!
Surprisingly when the latest TV series was first being pitched, this was the costume that a lot of 'fanboys' were pushing for Adrienne Palicki to wear in the show...
Found this which is apparently Lois Lane from a Smallville episode wearing it or something very similar
