I think there was a thread announcing a magazine article for which that shot was created, along with others, at the Batman '66 board. It's just a gag riffing on the idea of having the trunks worn outside the costume, I think. All of the images were cheesecake shots with superheroines, some of them with an effort at humor.

I didn't notice the celery before, though. Taking the image out of context, that makes it a bit puzzling. But I suspect it was just a prop added for color. The photos I've seen from the set didn't form any kind of narrative and didn't seem to have any intent behind them other than creating some pinup-type shots to accompany the article.

Umm. Did some digging and found some links for the Femme Fatales article I was thinking of, but now I'm less certain that this is from that source. Hmm.

Maybe as its green its Kryptonian celery? Hence the effect on her trunks.
