Nothing more appropriate than CatWoman wielding a "cat of nine tails".
The handle could double as a discharge device, sending an incapacitating blast of energy from its base.
The handle its power source, could also emit a painful charge of current that would run along each of its sprouting tendrils.

Finally I bought and watched Pussy Woman vs. Princess Paradise! What an awesome, smoking hot video! Does the story continue? And when will we see Jayden Cole as Princess Paraside again?
