Halloween is coming and for us producers POST halloween is coming. That means you can pick up props, costumes, make up etc for dirt cheap after halloween. even before halloween you can get some good costumes, at least villain costumes. 3 of the 4 best bad guy costumes I used on shoots were bought during halloween. Start thinking outside the box. Will a rubber severed hand work well in a shoot? How about those vampire teeth? How about contacts for white or slit eyes? Smoke machines. Lots of stuff to squirrel away for shoots.

Also check your local Good Will and St. Vincent DePaul stores. They always have halloween sales so a good time to pick up costumes pieces like civilian clothes. In fact you can get some pretty darn good blazers and suit coats for dirt cheap and stuff you can just rip to shreds. A dress to rip off the heroine for example. Gloves. Hats.

Anyone know of GOOD WEBSITE with GOOD costume at affordable prices for Halloween?
Hopefully, the costumes will be TIGHTLY FIT and REALLY SNUG spandex of decent quality.

I'd LOVE to know if these costume are as good as they look?

I LOVE the 1966 Batman and this year 2013 is the 1st time I have ever seen these classic costumes online.

This is the BEST classic 1967 Batgirl Costume I have ever seen that is "affordable" for the average person. You can ONLY buy it online, so search for "Batman Classic 1966 Series Grand Heritage Batgirl Adult Costume" BUT IS IT ANY GOOD?


This is the BEST Costume I have ever seen that is "affordable". I have only seen it online. I heard it was in Party City (online) but have not actually seen one in real life yet. From what I heard from a couple of people who bought Batgirl, it come with either 2 left gloves or 2 right gloves - WTF? If your spending over $100 they could AT LEAST get something right!

Search for "Batman Grand_Heritage" on eBay or Google it.

You are probably already aware of this, but don't expect any mass produced costume to look even half as good on a real person as it does in the pictures. This is true even if your real person has a great body.

I know, it's like they always say.... "If it looks to good to be true, than it probably is"

Actually, I'm seeing some women in these costumes and they are looking REALLY GOOD in them so this could be a home run?
