Well I gave it a shot, most of the links bring me back to a smaller photo on Deviant Art, and one to Pinterest. Seems like this photo is the largest and highest quality one I could find on the net. My I ask were you found it?

I found it on a yahoo group called "superheroinejobbers2". I've seen it in other places too, but this is the most recent spot.

If that girl doesn't have the classic look and shape of Supergirl, I don't know who does.

From the effects on the picture i can say it's a fanart by a cosplayer, i think you'll probably find her profile among deviantart artists by googling the image
