Cat's-Eye Diamond 3 - Christina Carter

Y'know, for a pair of C-list heroines who appeared on a measly eight episodes of an obscure show from the 1970s, Electra-Woman and Dyna-Girl have certainly been getting around a lot on the underground superheroine circuit these days. Not that I'm complaining, of course; those tight, colorful spandex costumes have been firing up my imagination almost from the moment I first saw them.
Given the recent news about an EWDG revival, I think there's no better time than right now to review this third entry in the Cat's-Eye series. Here we go!
The Good:
* Kudos to Ms. Carter's studio for going above and beyond with the faithfulness this time; not only do EW and DG's costumes look perfect, but I remember that the studio even contacted a fan to make ElectraComps that resembled the ones on the original series as much as possible. Now that's dedication.
* The mandatory masturbation scene with ElectraWoman (played by the always-reliable Randy Moore) was hot as all hell, and the pseudo-incestuous comments she kept making about her spunky young sidekick just made it better. Of course, no real heroine would talk like that; she's being brainwashed by the recently-corrupted Phoenix!
* The moment where Dyna-Girl spoils the moment was very well-down, feeling just like a development in a non-perverted EWDG production.
* Only a CC productions video could make the mere act of removing a cape feel so hot.
* The Velcro straps holding the girls' leotards together looked out-of-place at first glance, but I appreciated how convenient they made the act of disrobing.
* The three-way finale was smoking hot. 'nuff said.
The Bad:
* I kinda wish Catwoman would find more creative pet names than just tacking "-slut" onto each heroine's name.
* No offense to Ms. Capri Cavanni, but something about her Dyna-Girl just doesn't... click with me. Maybe it's the eyeshadow and the earrings.
** On that note, I also disliked how Dyna-Girl let down her hair (literally) so quickly, since the girlish pigtails are, to me, an integral part of the character.
* Lots of missed opportunities for Dyna-Girl's "Electra-X!" catchphrases.
Final judgment:
9.5/10.
