Hello, everyone.

A lot of you know me, if at all, as writer of HT and the guy who does SPFX clips.

I am toying around with the idea if becoming a producer, but would like to chat with (and maybe meet) a producer first. I live in the northeastern US. Are there any producers out there who live and work in the northeast?

I would be happy to talk if you like, and maybe even stop by one day while we are shooting to get a first hand look for yourself.

I lived there for most of my life. Hit me up if you want some info.

Is there a collective noun for such a gathering I wonder....?

You have a murder of crows, a parliament of owls, a congregation of alligators, a skulk of foxes, a bloat of hippopotomuses (my fave!), a pandemonium of parrots, a wisdom of wombats, what would we call a gathering of SH fetishists (other than a con'!)?

I'm gonna go with 'an inebriation of board members'.....

NAw...that last one sucks...give me more time

Well, depending how wild the night gets, you might end up with 'an ID parade of producers'....

It sounds like it would be fun time since we're all in the same or near the area, we should set something up for the " Council of Peril".

How about these suggestions:

A peril of fetishists
A binding of perilists
A shooting of SH professionals
A take of directors
A panic of producers

Trying to get back on track here, people...
If any producers in the Notheast would be willing to share tips ....in person....I would make the trip to meet you.

Whether it's to work as crew on a production, or just chat over a couple beers, that would work for me.

I have already extended an offer but maybe it would be easier if you gave us a ore pinpointed location. That might make it easier for producers to say "oh hey thats not far from me at all" and open them up to inviting you. for example you may be in Maine (part of the North-East) but a producer in Virginia might think you are in Pennsylvania. Anyway thats my 2 cents.

I can be in Hartford in about 35-40 minutes, Boston in 2 hours, and NYC in 3 hours
