Is that right? I look at the whole "sailor" thing as a major factor in starting the whole cosplay movement that we have now. I know it started before dressing as superheroines took off and took over.

Personally, the sailor costumes never appealed to me but the girls are usually very cute

sorry I didn't say it clearly, was referring to the cosplayer lip-sync competition

The Perily bit is toward the end, when they retreat the Senshi's deaths from the old Anime.

Ahhh, Sailor Moon... I oughta look into it one day. Doesn't really speak to me on fetish levels, but I hear the story's pretty great.
