Did superheroines.com ever have any videos, or was it just photo sets? I remember the hot pix of Jana Cova and a few others but it's hazy.

Just photos and they were all fantastic!

Actually they did have videos but their photos were much better than their videos. I have a few of their videos. For the most part they're short, very low res and not that great. There is one of a cleopatra style heroine in bondage riding a dildo which was surprisingly hot in it's own right though, if not very typical of the genre.

Sigh... I was so foolish back in the day, not saving everything, assuming the website would always be around. And then one day it was gone, and all that content gone with it. I only have a few scraps.

I like the heroine to escape and live to see another day -- but only after the villain has finished with her. Perhaps she recovers some of her powers, or just outsmarts/overpowers a henchman. But a scenario I'd like to see is the defeated heroine seduce a henchman, and when he's spent, take his gear and escape.

Was a member of that site as well...got me into this. Thought they would be around forever then one day there were gone. Don't recall seeing the story for Crimson Vixen. Would be interested in the rest of the photo shot

All of that content was saved by some of the fans. Some people (especially OCD types) are completists and they faithfully save every last photo and video for their own archives, backed up and safe. If they paid for it, they don't want to lose any of it if they switch over to a different paysite. When I had to find some of my old missing content I met a lurker online who saves the content from every SHiP site he goes to, and has it all logged, indexed, and tagged. His ws_ftp database is so huge it's mind-boggling. It'd take two months to sift through all of it. It will (hopefully) outlive all of us.

me too please!

I do enjoy an implied fatal ending where the viewer can decide in their own mind if the heroine lives or dies, much like my Swiftstrike and Cobalt custom videos.
