Post maximum length

Okay, got another question. Is there a limit on text size for individual posts? I've only posted a few stories, and none of them have reached the max size if there is one. Was just wondering, as I just posted the first part of an ongoing story and am trying to get a handle of how adding to it will work.

I know most other people just make new posts, but I personally don't care for that method. I hate having a story broken up by forum chatter. I tried making a couple of RESERVED posts after my initial one for later additions, but it wouldn't let me do that more than once. Is it going to cause problems with the forum software if go back into the first post and just add to the story as other parts are finished?

Sorry I am answering this so late. There really isn't a way unless you edit your original post and append to that post but then it loses the flow of the thread. I have a solution coming very soon...
