So the next hot mess of sexy I wanted to address is one of the most violent and amoral main characters in comics today - the supreme anti-heroine
Bomb Queen,created by Jimmie Robinson who calls it "over the top satire, political meanderings, cheesecake and 90s Bad Girl art". It is definitely all of those things.

Somehow in an otherwise democratic America, she is in charge of a whole city as its ultimate dictator(she secured the city by defeating other Queens such as Ice Queen, Scream Queen and Drama Queen) rules by force of extreme violence, and yet the citizens are mostly Ok with it and enjoy it as a spectacle. She doesn't really have superpowers per se, just great fighting skills, expertise in explosives (hence her name) and an extremely hot body and voracious sexual apppetite ("enjoys all genders, ages and all preferences both legal and illegal. Likes 'doggy style' and flaunts her body with an exhibitionist's glee"). Yet somehow the main premise of the book continues to be the superpowered foes who keep trying to come up against her to dethrone her (for reasons of justice, revenge, personal gain, etc.) yet they all fail. It's like she is the Anti-Squirrel Girl.

So far all I've read is the first trade paperback "Bomb Queen 1: Woman of Mass Destruction"..and a random issue of the Bomb Queen III series that I found for cheap (in which four sexy female heroes go up against her). All of that stuff is from back in 2007, though. But the Bomb Queen wiki page says that eight trade paperbacks (in Bomb Queen IV she apparently gains supernatural powers) have been collected up until at least 2012. As far as I know it's still going..?

One of the best and funniest Comics around. This villian doesnt just win, she destroys her enemies and in one case is directly responsible for Sarah Palin becoming president after she cripples the prior president.

So I have gone over the entire Bomb Queen oeuvre - all seven miniseries that ran from 2006 to 2011 - and I have to say that I recommend them all, and they even get better and better.
This heroine, and the stories she's in, are really one of the closest long-running series ever that services the SHIP genre without actually being porn (like, say, the old Penthouse Comix). Not only is Bomb Queen herself one of the sexiest (and most evil) characters ever conceived, but a lot of the supporting heroines are quite hot as well. Plus, the writing is tremendously witty, and the overall point that writer Jimmy Robinson is making about creeping fascism and the ubiquity of extreme violence is very relatable for today's world.
That is, as long as you're OK with the depiction of tons of civlians being killed all the time.

You can read all of the story arcs online (like I just did) but you can also still order the TPBs which collect all the series plus a handful of one-shots. Here are the story arcs.
Recommend 'em all, unequivocally!

Vol 1 - Woman of Mass Destruction. establishing the character. she fights her first hero.

Vol 2- Queen of Hearts - some nice over-the-top BQ fucking in this one where she falls for a British guy [Bomb King]. ("Lots of people desire me. I have porn sites. Drooling comic fanboys.") This one also introduces the origin of the villainess group Four Queens (BQ was a member) that had wiped out all the superheroes in her city, allowing her to take over.

Vol 3 - The Good, the Bad and the Lovely (featuring hotties Blacklight and Rebound from the Shadowhawk series, plus the evil clone Bomb Teen, and Rebound's mom Red Cross)

Vol 4- Suicide Bomber - BQ declares war on the Image Hero Universe! Introducing the unnamed secret agent duo who look like Men in Black (but one is female) and like to bone each other between assignments. Also the very cute Editor Girl (modeled after Image editrix Kris Simon), and librarian sorceress Nyx transforms into the lethally sexy She-Spawn.
BQ builds a new bomb-shaped HQ called the T.I.T. (Tactical Information Turret) and gets new powers of superior healing, strength, and bomb blasts. There's also a very cool Easter Egg panel giving tribute to Frank Cho and his "Apes and Babes" forum (during the fight when Nyx and BQ burst into a "breast massage" parlor"). It also starts to reveal a bit about Robinson's liberal sensibilities in creating the extreme BQ character ("who gives a shit about the people I fucked to build my empire..tell it to the Native American-Indians and African slaves). But that's brief and doesn't get in the way of the mayhem. To keep it sufficiently prurient, BQ absorbs a magical artifact up her vagina (yup, that's right).

Vol 5 - The Divine Comedy
In which BQ goes to war with neighboring goody-two-shoes town, Littleville (apparently no relation to the one in Dial H?). Best feature is the introduction of the train-hopping superheroine, Dee Rail (naked Psycho shower scene!).

Vol 6 - Oh- Bomb-Ah!
BQ goes up against President Obama when he tries to shut down her rogue city. This definitely makes fun of the idea of putting Obama in as a comic book character in various other books. BQ has some surprises in store. Introduces the hot thief Miss Demeanor and BQ's other hot minions Also a short-lived sexy heroine called Twilight who gets her face blown out by a laser dick. Editor Girl is back. Shadow and Blacklight guest star, then a group of about 2 dozen Image heroes attacks the city. (you get the briefest look at some of the babes like Doc Rocket, Fetish, and Tempest). It doesn't go well! She beats the hell out of Obama, and blows up the White House. And Bomb Queen is pregnant. You've gotta read this.

Vol 7 - (the final volume, 2011. there hasn't been anything since. but at the end of this
run..there was a tagline "the fight continues..." so you never know.)
Bomb Queen wakes up 100 years in the future. This plot involves the future ability for everyone in the world to summon up (via implanted nanotech, a universal network called the Singularity) a hero within themselves called the Hawk (from Shadowhawk). This makes crime and other problems almost nonexistent. BQ comes back to fuck things up. Her ultraviolent city is now a virtual city in cyberspace. Introducing female assassin Liz Jockey.
This one is really a lot less sexy (though no less violent) and more of a cyberpunk thriller.

OK, I don't want to get too political...but is anyone paying attention to what the duly elected leader of the Philippines, Duterte, has been doing? I mean, you thought that the violence of Bomb Queen was over the top, but here it comes in reality. This not even Assad, who has killed 150,000+ people but in the course of quashing massive civil rebellions. This is a man who, in peacetime, has killed over 6,000 people in the past few months in his own personal "drug war" and using death squads (which, in fact, involves some bombing)...and has the approval rating of 80% of the population even though only 38% of them voted for him, and he even has the oppositions (the Communists and the Islamists) at least partially under his thrall even though he's also been compared to Hitler.

God damn, how prophetic is this comic? The only thing Duterte is missing is some sexy spandex to be the ultimate supervillain.
