IE 11 issues

If you're noticing programs acting odd like Steam not completing updates or Poser not working properly IE11 maybe have been installed on your machine. Its buggy and any app that uses an IE active X control for things like menus etc may not work right. You can uninstall the update and rolling back to IE 10 or IE 9 is fine. This issue is pretty apparent on win 10 machines.

I've not had any issues on Win10 (I use Edge and Chrome). But rolling back to IE9 and 10 isn't recommended as both have dropped out of support by Microsoft and have not had been patched for vulnerabilities since early this year.

Problem is that apps like Poser Pro 11 use IE for its library (active X control) and locks. Yes at some point IE 11 maybe stable but right now its not. I also had problems with Steam not completing game updates again because they use active X and probably SWF files for their interface and that was not working under IE 11.

Looks like Curious Labs released an 11.0.5 update that supposedly fixes the IE 11 problem for poser pro 11.
