I purchased Axel Braun's Justice League XXX video and have to say was a little disappointed. I know his genre is mostly porn but was hoping that he might show WW (or other SHines) taken advantage of in peril and there was none of that. WW costume was the current version, which I don't find nearly as sexy or revealing, and she was out of that most of the time in her porn scenes which were often.

So no peril, limited costume on and lots of porn, which is way down on my list for our genre, especially when they are not in their SH outfits and just nude.

So I'd give it a C-

Couldn't agree more with you Luther . I alway live in hope that it will be more fetish than porn , but I buy the film and am then disappointed.
This was just sex mad Heroines who once they had their cloths off were just good looking people acting in any other porn film. .

Also I too was disappionted in the costumes.
Dispite WonderWoman's costume not being my Favorite version , I thought she still looked great and actually held the film together.
Superman's costume was aweful, (Lets just pin a cape around his neck !!! ) and Batmans cape not a lot better....it .doesnt really do it .

As we all know , if ones into fetish , one is very particula and atention to detail , particularly the costumes is important.

So please ....Axel Braun, I doubt you will ever read this , but please :-
Keep the costumes on or partly destructed during the action
Put more peril and reluctant sex int to scenes
And finally some restraint bondage or loss of super power .

Oh and ask Christina Carter to be the lead !!!

Axel Braun is usually good at using close to authentic costumes and other details.

From a behind the scenes from his first Batman movie, he mentioned that he only directs the clean parts and the rest is done by a different director. So it's not his fault for most of the film being low grade porn.

Whose name is on the video? Does he own the company, or just do projects for them? Either way, I imagine that's a pretty bad line of reasoning for disappointed buyers to swallow.

It seems like more producers are going this way with some of their videos.
No peril, strip out their costumes and "lets fuck".
I don't know if they're trying to emulate Axel Braun's stuff or if they are just getting lazy and cheap.
I haven't really bought a lot of videos lately because of this, and of course most producers are going to blame that on piracy. Oh well.

To my knowledge, Axel's work has always been mainstream porn that parodies big movies. I don't think he has ever done anything peril related.

As far as producers following that model, I cant say that i have seen SHIP producers drop the peril element from their videos. I see less producers perhaps than there once was but the producers here are peril focused.

That being said for all the reasons you listed I don't general watch Axel's work. I dont consider him a SHIP producer either.

Good dialogue. I think Rye probably is the best at mixing porn and superheroine peril ... and he's smart enough to keep the costume on almost all the time. Plus does lots of low blows and some spread eagle shots ... my favorite. His WW vids with Gigi Allens are hard to beat. Bluestone is improving and does good peril and has hot models.

Mainstream porn really can't do peril or it can easily be implied as rape. So its costume, then sex.
