I'm not sure exactly what the question here is? Most 'attractive' abilities or just favorite abilities? The two probably aren't the same thing... I guess 'weaknesses' (for me) are the same at least... you can't really GET a more 'attractive/sexy' weakness than sex? I mean... it's sort of in the name...

My favorite weaknesses are also arousal, sex or cum. I also like a superheroine's greatest strength to also be her weakness like a power belt. Her power belt gives her amazing power, but she is also powerless without it.

For me, the number one attractive weakness would be like you said weakness to cum/orgasm. The heroine is all high and mighty and pure morally but then ... BOOM ... her suppressed libido betrays her and she loses all control of her body and loses her powers. She can't understand what happened and why her body is doing what it is but the pleasure is too much.
But, I'll throw another weakness out there. Her power source is her breasts and the groping/attacks on them drain her powers and defenses until she is spent. Her greatest asset ends up being her greatest weakness ... and as her nipples stiffen, the groping feels too good to fight against as she just gives into the pleasure.

MetaDude, ever read the comic book Sex Criminals?
In it, the main characters have the power to stop time by attaining orgasm. When they both come at the same time, they are both able to move
about in the time-stopped dimension (and they use that power to rob banks etc.).
So, I would assume that it might be just as 'realistic' to gain other powers when one orgasms, as well. Like AltaWoman used to do, once upon a website.

I always liked to see a superheroine who is able to shrink down to bird or insect-size, but once she is struck or blasted hard enough to get dazed or stunned, she loses control and reverts back to her regular human-size. Like this nifty KO-scene featuring the Wasp :

And as far as Altawoman, yeah the peak of that site's activity was way back around 2006, and it was the tip of the iceberg when it came to the more extreme superheroine 'muscle growth' fetish (which I always thought was depicted way too grotesquely much of the time - who wants to see highly unnatural blobs bulging out of skin everywhere?).
But Altawoman was well trafficked for its era. Which makes you wonder after all this time, not just why there's never been a live Altawoman video but also in general... I've watched dozens and dozens of SHIP videos where the costumed heroine or villainess either brings herself to orgasm, or is brought to orgasm by someone else (either forced or unforced, it's all acting so shouldn't be taken seriously regardless), and it's great a lot of the time if the camera angles are great and the acting is solid. But I've never seen a single video where the woman transforms from her civilian form to heroine form *because* of the orgasm itself. 1000s of vids on C4S, SHG and the like, there's got to be a few somewhere, someone prove me wrong please.

Check out Batman Confronts Super Riley. It's in the area of the superheroine using sex as a weapon. Super Riley seduces villains to have sex with her and they submit to her after she makes them cum. Wonder Woman loses her powers when bound by a man is a real classic for me. Kinda makes getting captured and bound inevitable for the heroine.

There's another way to look at this. All these heroines are siren martyrs, and they're taking advantage of the universal weakness of genre villains. These villains can't just get on with the business of actual villainy against society -- they are universally drawn upon the rocks of compulsive violence against heroines. A heroine exists, and they must fight the heroine and physically/sexually dominate her. No time for stealing stuff, nevermind anything ambitious like building a weather dominator. Heck, on the rare occasions they do accomplish actual harm to something or someone other than a heroine, they only do it in service of their compulsion.
This obsessive compulsive quality must be broadly attractive -- after all, we're all here; we've been attracted. And if it wasn't so much about the villains, we'd see more demise-by-natural-threat or can't-keep-it-in-her-pants videos.

I'm going to go a little generic in my reply to the question posed regarding most attractive strength vs weakness. I enjoy situations where whatever the heroine's powers are, she can be weakened by some opposite force. For example, a desert-based heroine with the ability to control sandstorms can be defeated with water blasts. Or an ice-based heroine is vulnerable to heat rays. And when Black Canary is gagged and can't use her sonic cry power, that works too. I find such scenarios pretty erotic when portrayed well.

I think Dr D has hit on something here - logical weaknesses are really sexy. It makes the villains seem smart for being able to take advantage of them, and stops the weakness from being too nonsensical or campy. So Black Canary or Zatanna being helpless(ish) when gagged is a great example. It gives a good reason for villains to tie 'em up too, so the story can have sexy bondage stuff while still being relatively verisimilitudinous.
I often find physically powerful heroines are ripe for a logical weakness too. Take a character like my own Valora - she's physically extremely strong, and resistant to physical damage. But nothing in her power set makes her LUNGS any better, so even though she can bench press a truck, she goes down to things like sleeping gas as quickly as any quivering damsel.

A personal belief of mine is that superheroines are meant to be bound, gagged, and molested; as if they are meant for it, like secretly “the gods” or whatever created these invincible, attractive superhumans with part of an intention to sort of require them to have to go through this, as a sort of test for them, or just for “pleasure” for the gods themselves (You remember all those Greek myths about their gods, they were like people, they had their desires too!) if that makes sense.

Don't know how on topic this is but my favorite weaknesses are overconfidence and inexperience. I love when the spunky young heroine thinks the battle is won, only to have someone sneak up from behind them or drop a net on them or something like that.
That's why I loved when the Riddler's goons grabbed Batgirl and put her in the steam room or when King Tut's girl KO'd her with a vase, though I would have liked to see more peril in each case.
