Could a Superheroine video be made into a major motion picture

Two Questions
1st Could a Supergirl in Superheroine genre ever be made into a major Motion Picture
And If it could Choose your top three picks to play Supergirl.
2nd Could this major motion picture be made without having an x rated scene in it. Meaning , assumed rape for example as seen in the video
