Looks like a foreign knock off. The music is quite annoying but the girls are sexy.

This could be added to Red5 / five red's thread of Asian superheroines and knockoffs.
The full movie was filmed in India, and it's in Telugu (spoken by 82 million in Andhra Pradesh, and the Dravidian diaspora).
Here's the whole thing (or nearly all of it - I don't see the credits).
I'm sure some parts drag, but you could fast forward to the fights - looks like the red and black scorpion ladies eventually battle.
Very glad that it's still basically the Nineties in India as far as superheroine productions!
