After the betrayal of Blunder Woman, the I.D.A.C. Headquarters have fallen and many of the most dangerous criminals in Midway City have escaped.
The head of operations, Nicole Whaley, is now suffering the vengeance of a genetically enchanced ex-agent called Khain, He's enjoying his booty call while Dr. June Duval is trying to escape from the horde of escaped criminals!
