As to Great Britain, I have found a couple of videos that had good story lines and hot actresses as Superheroines.

RUssia has produced a few, and though there is use of Kryptonite, the hot part, threat to having forced use of the Heroines body seems to be lacking in what I have seen.

There are also some from Korea, I believe as well of course from Japan.

I'm more curious than anything on this.

Tiger, there's already a thread that basically answers your question, mainly conducted by RedFive but with some contributions from others. Here it is:

I would maybe start with the recent Indonesian superheroine film "Valentina: The Dark Avenger", the Indian superheroine TV series "Ek Anokhi Rakshak Naagkanya" (Serpent Woman)", the recent Bangladeshi film "Bizli", and the recent French film "How I Became A Superhero", the German "Freaks" movie mentioned above (although the heroine is not in costume), and go from there. There's plenty of content out there.

Here's a more or less decent copy of 'Bizli' on Youtube. Bizli doesn't wear any costume until right near the end.
The villainess does wear a costume in the final battle, but she doesn't look that great.
There's very brief peril of Bizli tied up right before the fight.
