In Crisis as you recall, argo died.

But in previous episode, Kara's mother teleported with Supergirl to fight Kryptonian witches.

Why did not the writers, creators of Supergirl, CW, Crisis, creators not have all citizens of argo teleport.

They would have had powers, been able to have fought the flying critters.

Just odd they never thought of doing this or did they.?

Yes just before new 52 all the people of argo were released and grew to normal size. So earth now had like 100k kryptonians on it. They leave and take one of Jupiters moons and pushed it into orbit opposite earth on the other side of the sun. But basically they were all dying. Something about Kal el's DNA allows him to survive. I don't know what the conclusion of that story line was cause I think they killed it when they did the 52 reboot.

The CW DCU botched it a long looooooooooooong time ago and they've been digging that hole deeper every day since.
