The question is which Titans
Dick Grayson: Robin or Nightwing
Who else?
Donna Troy has not been used much in animation, Raven and Star Fire would make sense
So do Flash(as long as it is not Ezra), Changeling, Cyborg

Robin and Kid Flash seem to always be somewhere on the Roster either as founders or mainstays. Beast Boy ends up on the team. Then there's either Starfire or Wonder Girl. and that's usually your core Titans
Can't use Cyborg unless its another reboot cuz he's the league's Token.
