Any thoughts if you are in the U.S, to distract you tonight from wall to wall election coverage?

Axel Braun superhero parodies make a great distraction, especially if watching in a group while in cosplay!!

The Deadpool and Wolverine DVD for the extras and commentary (3 hours). For the Jennifer Garner interview where she talks about the changes in her costumes. "At 51, I no longer have to fight in high heels."
She still looks like she did 21 years ago.

Ooh I love that guy! Halloween may be over, but there's nothing like getting comfy and listening to his soothing voice as the Volgun explores the disturbing archive of the SCP Foundation...

I didn't have HBO when this limited series first came out, but I am currently enjoying HBO's Band of Brothers which is currently streaming on Max. This is a great topic, I couldn't stomach listening to these idiots all night, just tell me when there's a winner. Quite a few actors I recognize on Band of Brothers, from Damien Lewis, Donnie Wahlberg, David Schwimmer, Ron Livingston, Michael Cudlitz, Neal McDonough. Also, the series Yellowstone is coming back for a final season starting Sunday, albeit without star Kevin Costner, it seems. Yellowstone is streaming on Peacock.

Why would you want a distraction from such entertaining campaigns?

I actually couldn't be 'distracted' because I work the polls twice a year (both primaries and generals) for the county. The location I work at is about a mile from where I live. Been doing this for over a decade.
Today was fairly busy, and the biggest turnout I'd ever seen, but even so, we still did have some quiet interludes, and I had enough time to eat a whole bunch of free food various poll workers brought, from pizza to donuts to salad to chips and hummus dip. Tons of free iced tea and soda pop too! And then I did get an hour break to go down to my own polling place and vote.
We were in a building that contained four voting precincts. As usual, it was fun and exciting, but there were also some very tense moments:
1) A business owner who showed up to vote, and whom I know quite well, suddenly had a seizure in the vestibule of the building (not in the voting room), fell down and hit his head, and there was blood everywhere, while his wife was screaming and totally distraught. Luckily, it was a medical building, so help came rather quickly. I'm going to check on him tomorrow to make sure he's alright because he's been a good friend to me.
2) Some supposedly 'non-partisan' organization paid hundreds of dollars to hire a black female DJ who spun mindless house music for three hours out front of the polling place. She got paid way more than any of us poll workers did.
3) We had an annoying 'poll watcher' guy who was clearly a right-wing conspiracy nut because he kept talking about election results being faked. He kept trying to get into the polling area to take photos even though he is expressly not allowed. After the poll workers and the constables united to eject him, he called a lawyer who showed up to file some kind of complaint. In the end, the annoying poll watcher calmed down and wound up taking photos of the results tapes outside the venue (which he is allowed to do), but had we not stopped him, he would have taken many photos of the people inside who were trying to vote, and violated the sanctity of the polling station.
I'm home now from a job that lasted more than 13 hours, and I'm exhausted, but it was still worth it.
Just demonstrating that some of us participate very deeply in democracy rather than try to take our minds off it.
However, if you watched some sexy superheroine videos to distract yourself from this crazy election, that's perfectly fine too!

My comment was direct to the pontificating pundits(on both sides) not the election itself. I have voted since 18, I even got a notary afadavit when I was in college to vote when I was out of state.
I ended up watching various BatGirls and Wonder Women in bondage

No worries - no pontification here! Actually, even though I was exhausted, I did find a distraction.
Originally I thought I might buy Darkshadevillain's new Thunderstrike video - I'm sure I will do that eventually, as it seems to have all the features I'd enjoy in a SHIP production.
But instead, I went back and thoroughly watched a video that I had purchased earlier this year but for some reason neve watched the way through: "Invasion of the Wasp Woman" by the somewhat random but rather impressive fetish video company "House of Hedge".
It's basically a lower-budget takeoff of the classic "Invasion of the Bee Girls" from the 70s (definitely my favorite "Bee" movie, if you get the pun, and completely influential on my creation of Devorra the Queen Bee for Heroineburgh).
Since it definitely seems like it would be of interest to Forum members, I'll eventually do a review but for right now I'll just say it is available on C4S (yeah...I know...) and post a sexy still from it here.
The Wasp Woman has quite a compulsion to pollinate!
