help with cover design

hi everyone i am working on stories but wanted to know if anyone knows a good cover design site and how much would it charge thanks.
I usually go to DA and find an artist, costs vary from $20 and up.
Also, 100covers is good. You tell them what your story is about and what you want and they create a cover.
