Soulgen is probably one of the front runners in the NSFW video arena.
Their beta video generation can do both from-image and also direct text to video - however, limited to 5 seconds and quality can vary depending on how good your prompt engineering is.
They do have first and last keyframes in their official development pipeline though - if you could generate those to satisfaction (or with the assistance of photoshop), could rapidly build yourself some NSFW porn.
