So, this is a long story. We just had a comic con in Sydney (Sydney Comic Con) about 3 weeks ago, and I ran into a guy in the line of a local comic store, and we started chatting, and we got to talk about a superheroine mask. And for whatever reason, I said, "I love sunglasses on a superheroine face instead of a mask," and the guy just laughed.
Well, I was wondering if there is anyone else who prefers sunglasses instead of a mask? I mean don't get me wrong, I also like mask, and I am very big on unmasking (is a must buy for me if it had it), but I just find that sunglasses on superheroine face are also cool
For example, Justice and Liberty from Primal.com

Or Gold Star and Bright Star from the very old Superheroine Tale

Agreed. When I think of sunglasses I mainly think of the 80s:
Afrika Bambaataa, Grace Jones, Corey Hart's "Sunglasses at Night", Miami Vice, Knight Rider, Terminator, The Visitors.

As far as superheroines I can't even think of any who wear sunglasses, and among the male superheroes:
Frozone (Incredibles), A-Train (The Boys), Daredevil, Cyclops, Falcon, Blade, Black Lightning etc.
Notice how most of them are black - not sure why that is.
Anyway, you're right, I don't really see them on superheroines. More like on action combat chicks in tight leather catsuits.
