Potential divas storyline idea 4 (Summerslam)

There have been articles on WWE's site that Michelle McCool and Victoria want a Women's title on Friday Nights for the Smackdown show by possibly starting a petition.
But the Smackdown divas and ECW divas along the Raw divas will take part in Divas Battle Royal with the winner getting to face Candice Michelle for a title shot.
I would say why not kidnap Candice Michelle like they did with Trish Stratus but with some sleepy torture with the cloth and get Candice to sign the petition for a women's title to be brought to Smackdown by demanding to be traded from Raw to Smackdown.
