Re: Is this genre dying out?

Is it dying out? No. . Seeing piracy as every download being a lost sale is a logical fallacy spread by Hollywood bigwigs, utter rubbish. It undeniably has an effect on sales, ratio is far from 1:1 however. In fact if you look at the gaming industry, piracy is proven to actually increase sales (if y...

There is no blanket response, as it resides with each individual content owner.

Contact each character owner direct before you do any commissions and ask is the best bet.

It is pretty good isn't it! - and Gal Gadot is great for the role, remember mentioning something about that quite some time ago when they announced her for the role.... It was obvious from day 1! Film's not quite as good as it might have been, due to changes in directorship in the early stages - by ...

Anna Cherry might well be up for such things, in my experience Russians are faaar more uninhibited than those in the West regarding things that are "sexy" - so probably worth asking. However, the notion that cosplay is an untapped reserve of superheroine peril talent is a little bit of a stretch tbh...

I believe "kind of" would be the appropriate answer. George Perez has been back working on films with DT - which is exactly how Sisterhood of Superheroines came about in the first place. Details are fairly sparse, however DT did mention it was happening. Additional pics on the DT twitter: https://tw...

It does depend, often a producer will announce they have a model visiting and therefore available for customs. If a customer is requesting a specific model, maybe a producer can suggest another model - ultimately it comes down to that customer though. Personally I don't understand why it "has" to be...

But, you are being sexist. Your opinion of Rey's force mastery is essentially "she can't possibly be that good - she's a girl" - hence the Mary Sue comment. Rey's spent years in Exile, in a place where the Millenium Falcon has resided for years also - a ship she's aware of and obviously studied whil...

If there's longer to shoot, that will lead to a producer maximising the quality they can provide. Longer can be taken to set up shots - and ultimately more footage can also be shot. However things like SFX, shot composition and fight composition all have hard limits in terms of the abilities of the ...

I'd suggest to make it even better, use Gorilla Grodd instead of Gargantua. Grodd is extremely intelligent, and has mind control powers. The Flash TV series has covered the villain. The intelligence gives you much more diversity in what your guerilla can do - plus it also makes up for the person in ...

Jim, the production values are really, really poor.
