Recommendations Requested: Custom Video Producers

Hey all,

Had some luck with some work coming in recently, and I have a bit of money to commit to a video commission. I know about Lucia Films and Battle for Earth - they are great, but wondering if anyone has any other recommendations for high quality commissions at R level?

I have had a lot of experience with a lot of different producers.
What's your price range?
What kind of content are you looking for?

Cali Logan does great work, very reasonably priced, and she does a wide range of types of content. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

LuciaFilms is GREAT, but they have very high production values and costumes and so they tend to be more expensive.

I never worked with Battle For Earth, but they do mostly fighting videos from what I've seen. If that's your thing (and it might be at the R-Rated level), then I imagine they would be a good choice.

It seems to me that there are a LOT of producers that just make R-Rated fighting videos. So if that's what you are looking for, you won't have any trouble finding one.

I do not recommend Knights of Gotham. Members at this site have reported him for accepting payments, but not filming the videos. He publicly said he was paying a refund in installments to a customer. I strongly recommend staying away from any producer with this type of history.

Do some additional research on studios and producers before making a purchase.

LuciaFilms is the best studio for an R-rated film. They are very professional, have high production values, and great costumes. They are more expensive than the average studio, due to their high quality.

For me, It's actually very hard to recommend anyone anymore at this point.

I would recommend Alex David as a producer only. I believe she has retired the model aspect of videos, but can still produce. She may be retired completely since she has not produced anything in years.

I have sent custom requests to both LuciaFilms and Battle For Earth. The quote is simply this: you will pay in the thousands for the 'high production value.' However, in the end of it all, I feel like I'm paying for someone else's car payment or child support with that kind of quote. And it's always just a extended fight video from them. ex. 40 minutes long, but 33 of those minutes is fights. I really don't know why someone would want to spend money on a custom with these two when all they do is fight videos.

STAY AWAY FROM ENCHANTRESS SAHRYE!! I have seen on her twitter page that she took someone's money and didn't do the custom. And she's proud of it. I myself have had a negative experience with this person. Don't wish to go into details or the 'he said, she said' universe. But I am doing everyone a favor when I say stay away from this producer.

I know nothing about anyone else. To be further honest, I feel the age of customs is pretty much done. Too much bushy, not enough boo.

Not sure where you are getting "all they do is fight videos" when talking about Lucia Films. They do a LOT more than that. My custom with them was one of the best I've ever had done and it's filled with sex and forced orgasms and bondage. So "all they do is fight videos" is completely inaccurate for them. They are expensive, sure, but they also spent MONTHS in back-and-forth e-mails with me about casting and costume design, so it was more than worth it as far as I'm concerned.

I never worked with Battle For Earth - but from what I have seen, you are correct there. They do fight videos almost exclusively. Not my thing, but if that's what some people like, that's cool for them.

Producers to avoid and that I've had bad experiences with include:
- Ashley Graham (there's a couple of really big threads on this forum about my experiences with her).
- Alex Bettinger - I don't really talk about it much, but I really feel like he basically conned me into donating to the movie he wanted to make and ignored everything we talked about doing in what was supposed to be my custom.

some good recommendations from others so far. While I have not used him, I would suggest The Rye (contact 007vette@gmail.com) as his clips always seem to be of high quality. For Cali Logan, I think she is great including post production visual/sound effects if needed, but think she only works with ladies in case you're looking for a male villain.
